Interest Rate |
- Interest rate is determined on a daily basis and subject to the portfolio weight of stock counters in the margin account, specifically: · If 01 counter under Grades B, C or D constitutes ≥ 70% of the total value of marginable list in the margin account: interest rate is the base interest rate at Grade D (11%). · In other cases: Interest rate is the weighted average of base interest rates corresponding to the weightages of Grades A, B, C and D stocks in the marginable list. - Stock value is determined on a daily basis and based on the nearest closing price (P) according to the following formula: Stock value = P x Number of stocks Note: number of stocks includes stocks available in the margin account and pending stocks after orders are matched. - Total value of the marginable portfolio: Total value of marginable securities in the margin account. |
